Terms of ServiceThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tarot Coach mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of TermsBy using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Entertainment Purpose OnlyALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH TAROT COACH, INCLUDING TAROT READINGS, HOROSCOPES, AI COACH RESPONSES, AND ANY OTHER INTERPRETATIONS, IS STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY.

Tarot Coach is an entertainment application. The Service does not claim any supernatural, predictive, psychic, or diagnostic abilities. All readings are randomly generated and interpreted by artificial intelligence for amusement.

The Service does not provide and should never be treated as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. If you need professional help, consult a qualified specialist. Do not rely on the Service to make important life decisions.

3. AI-Generated ContentSome content is generated using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You understand that AI content is not professional judgment and is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. You are responsible for how you interpret and use any content provided by the Service.

4. No Guarantee of ResultsTarot readings are randomly generated and interpreted by AI for entertainment purposes. We make no claims about accuracy, reliability, predictive ability, or effectiveness of any reading, guidance, or interpretation provided by the Service. Any perceived accuracy is coincidental.

5. User AccountsMany features are available without registration. For full functionality, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Age RequirementYou must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). If you are under this age, you must not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

7. Optional Purchases — Subscriptions and BillingAll purchases within the Service are entirely optional. The core features of the app are available without any payment. In-app purchases and subscriptions enhance the experience but are not required to use the Service.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their terms.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage or cancel: you can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device settings: • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions • Android: Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions

Trials and pricing: trial terms (if any), subscription price, and billing period are displayed at the point of purchase. We may change offers and prices for future periods as allowed by the app stores and applicable law.

Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their respective policies. We cannot directly process refunds for store purchases.

8. Optional Purchases — TokensTokens are an optional digital currency for unlocking additional content within the Service. You are not required to purchase tokens to use the app.

Tokens are a digital consumable for use inside the Service only. Tokens are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

Except where required by law or store policy, token purchases are final. We may change token pricing, packages, and how tokens are used, including introducing limits or rules to prevent abuse.

If your account is terminated due to violations, you may lose access to remaining tokens to the extent permitted by law.

9. User Content and ConductYou are responsible for content you submit (messages, posts, comments, attachments). You must not post or send content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, defamatory, or that violates others' rights.

You must not attempt to bypass platform rules (including attempting to share or solicit sensitive information, payment details, or private contact info for abusive purposes). We may moderate content and enforce these Terms, including removing content or suspending accounts.

10. License and Intellectual PropertyThe Service, including its code, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by the Operator or licensors and is protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code unless permitted by law.

11. Third-Party ServicesThe Service may rely on third-party services (for example, hosting, analytics, AI providers, and the app stores). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

13. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount required by law if greater).

14. Termination, Suspension, and BlockingWe reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you:

• violated these Terms or applicable laws; • engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior; • harassed, threatened, or endangered other users; • posted illegal, offensive, or prohibited content; • attempted to circumvent security measures or platform rules; • created legal, security, or reputational risks for the Service or its users.

We may also block your account, IP address, or device identifier to prevent further access. Blocked users may not create new accounts.

If your account is terminated for violations, you forfeit access to any remaining tokens or subscription benefits to the extent permitted by law. We are not obligated to provide a refund in such cases.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app settings.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability).

15. Changes to the ServiceWe may modify, update, or discontinue features (including token rules or availability of content) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service functioning, but we do not guarantee that any feature will remain available indefinitely.

16. Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where required.

Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved by contacting support@tarotcoach.app. If not resolved, disputes may be brought in the competent courts of your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
