Terms of ServiceWelcome to Tarot Coach. By using our mobile application and website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using any features.

1. Acceptance of TermsBy accessing or using the Tarot Coach app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Entertainment Purpose OnlyALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH TAROT COACH, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TAROT READINGS, HOROSCOPES, AND COACHING SESSIONS, IS STRICTLY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL REFLECTION PURPOSES ONLY. None of the content, readings, or advice provided constitutes professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to: medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, investment, or any other professional advice. You acknowledge and agree that tarot readings and horoscopes are not scientifically proven methods and should never be relied upon for making important life decisions. The Service does not replace consultation with qualified professionals.

3. Coaching Services DisclaimerCoaching provided through Tarot Coach is NOT therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or any form of licensed professional service. Coaches on our platform are independent individuals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Tarot Coach. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the qualifications, credentials, or quality of any coach. You engage with coaches entirely at your own risk. Tarot Coach is not responsible for any advice, recommendations, or actions taken by coaches. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.

4. AI-Generated ContentTarot readings, horoscopes, and certain other content are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is produced by algorithms and does not reflect human professional judgment. Tarot Coach makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.

5. User AccountsYou may use some features without an account. To access extended features, you must register with a valid email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Tokens, Purchases, and PaymentsThe Service may offer in-app purchases including tokens and premium subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the respective app store's refund policy. Tokens have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to modify token pricing, packages, and the token economy at any time. Unused tokens may expire as described in the Service. We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your account.

7. Session Booking and CancellationWhen booking a coaching session, tokens are placed on hold (escrow) until the session is completed. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled session will result in a full token refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are subject to review and may not be refunded. Completed sessions are final and tokens are non-refundable after session completion. Coaches may also cancel sessions, in which case tokens will be returned to your balance.

8. User-Generated Content and ConductYou are solely responsible for all content you post, including chat messages, comments, and posts. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not share personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts) in chat messages to circumvent the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. We may use automated moderation tools to detect and prevent policy violations.

9. Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, code, trademarks, and materials within the Tarot Coach app are the exclusive property of the app creators. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content available through the Service.

11. Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TAROT COACH, ITS CREATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is less. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

12. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tarot Coach and its creators, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of another; (d) any content you submit through the Service; or (e) any decisions you make based on content obtained through the Service.

13. Assumption of RiskYou expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided through the Service, including tarot readings, horoscopes, and coaching sessions. Tarot Coach shall not be held liable for any outcomes resulting from your reliance on content provided through the Service.

14. TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

15. Dispute ResolutionAny disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

16. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
